Sync / Pairing Instructions
- Place both AirPods Pro earbuds (Left A2084 and Right A2083) into the new charging case and charge for at least 1 hour.
- Open the lid and confirm the light flashes amber.
- Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for 15–30 seconds until the light flashes white. If it stays amber, charge another 30 minutes and try again.
- With the lid open, hold the case next to your unlocked iPhone, wait for the setup card, tap Connect, then Done.
Return Policy & Warranty
We provide a 30-day hassle-free return policy and a 90-day full warranty. Customers may return the product within 30 days of delivery for any reason, and warranty coverage ensures replacement within 90 days of purchase for any defect. Orders returned because the wrong AirPods generation was purchased incur a restocking fee.
FAQ — Wireless or MagSafe case?
This is the Wireless case for AirPods Pro 1st Generation. AirPods Pro 1 also came with a MagSafe case, sold here. Both pair with the same earbuds (A2083 / A2084). Check your model number in Settings › Bluetooth › ⓘ, or use our model guide. AirPods Pro 2 earbuds (A2698 / A2699 / A3047 / A3048) will not pair with this case.
