At RecellExchange, we’re committed to quality. Every eligible product is backed by our 1-Year Worry-Free Warranty — so you can shop with confidence knowing you're covered if your item stops working entirely.

What’s Covered (1-Year Warranty)

Our 1-Year Warranty covers complete functional failure under normal use. This includes:

  • No audio output (completely dead on one or both sides. This does cover malfunctions of your original pieces not purchased from us.)
  • Battery won’t charge at all
  • Device won’t power on
  • Connectivity failure (unable to pair or drops connection every time)
  • Charging case won’t charge or won’t power the earbuds at all

If your product completely stops working and meets the warranty terms, we’ll provide a shipping label to send in your set, and we will ship out a replacement.

What’s Not Covered (1-Year Warranty)

The following are not covered under the 1-Year Warranty:

  • Low audio volume
  • Shortened battery life or battery health issues (normal battery degradation)
  • Microphone issues (muffled, non-functional, or intermittent)
  • Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, scratches, or discoloration
  • Damage from drops, crushing, water exposure, or user abuse
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Minor connectivity issues (such as one-off pairing issues)
  • Tampering, unauthorized repairs, or altered serial numbers

90-Day Full Warranty

Expanded Coverage for the First 90 Days

For the first 90 days after delivery, your order is protected under our Full Warranty — covering all defects, even those not included in the 1-Year plan.

What’s Covered (90-Day Full Warranty)

Within the first 90 days, we’ll cover:

  • Low audio volume
  • Reduced battery performance
  • Intermittent charging issues
  • Microphone defects
  • All other functionality issues — even if partial
  • Cosmetic defects that result from manufacturer-related issues (e.g., loose parts, faulty hinges, glue failures)

This expanded coverage allows for maximum peace of mind during the initial usage period.

How to File a Warranty Claim

  • Submit a claim by visiting our claim portal. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.
  • Our team will review your claim and respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
  • If approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label if needed, and ship your replacement or issue store credit once verified.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty begins on the delivery date.
  • The Full Warranty applies during the first 90 days.
  • The Worry-Free Warranty continues from day 91 through day 365.
  • Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  • Limited to one claim per item.
  • If a product is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
  • Warranty period does not reset with a replacement; it continues from the original purchase date.
  • Effective for orders placed on or after May 12, 2025.
