Every Fitbit at ReCellExchange is sourced from trade-ins, returns, and overstock channels — then inspected by our team before listing. We verify the device powers on, holds a charge, syncs with the Fitbit app, and that all sensors and buttons work as expected.

Cosmetic condition varies by listing. Each product page describes the unit you're receiving, including any visible scuffs or scratches. If a device doesn't meet our working standards, we don't ship it.

• Fitbit Inspire 3 — entry-level tracker focused on steps, sleep, and basic heart rate. Uses connected GPS via your phone (no built-in GPS). Affordable and lightweight.

Conditions vary by listing. We grade each Fitbit before listing — expect minor cosmetic wear (light scuffs, small scratches on the band or housing) on most pre-owned units. Each product page describes the specific unit's condition. All listings are tested working regardless of cosmetic grade.

If this is your first Fitbit, you'll need to source a compatible charging cable separately to use the device. Charging cables for each model are available from third-party sellers and from Fitbit directly. If you're replacing or upgrading from an older Fitbit, your existing charger may work depending on the model — chargers are not cross-compatible across all generations.

We test each device to confirm the battery holds a charge and meets reasonable life expectations for the model. Pre-owned batteries typically deliver 70–90% of new battery life. Specific runtime varies by usage (GPS, always-on display, etc.).

Yes. All Fitbit devices pair with the free Fitbit app on both iOS and Android. You'll need to create or sign in to a free Fitbit (Google) account to set up the device.

Yes. Sense 2, Versa 4, Charge 6, and Inspire 3 are all current Fitbit models and continue to receive firmware updates from Fitbit (now part of Google).

Yes. Every Fitbit is wiped and factory reset before shipping so you can pair it to your own Fitbit account out of the box, with no leftover data or pairing from the previous owner.
