Exchanges
Standard Exchange
  • Send your item back first using the prepaid return label
  • We ship your replacement within 1–2 business days of receiving your return

Both exchange options include a prepaid return label. All exchanges are processed through our Returns Portal.
Returns for Refund
30-day return window
Returns must be received at our facility within 30 days of delivery. Your receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required.
$7 return service fee
A $7 service fee is deducted from your refund on returns. This fee does not apply to exchanges.
Refund timeline
Once we receive your return, allow 1–3 business days for processing. After the refund is initiated, your bank may take an additional 1–3 business days to post the funds. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
Shipping costs
Expedited and international shipping fees are not refunded if you return an item. Free standard shipping costs are not deducted from your refund.
Return Coverage

Return Coverage is an optional add-on available at checkout. When you opt in, your return shipping label is covered — so you can return or exchange any item without paying for shipping yourself.

  • All returns are still subject to our standard return policy
Note: Return Coverage must be added at checkout and cannot be added retroactively after an order is placed.
Package Protection

Package Protection is a separate optional add-on available at checkout that covers your order against loss, theft, or damage in transit. This is different from Return Coverage — it protects your package on the way to you, not the return.

What it covers
Lost packages, stolen deliveries, and items damaged during shipping. Claims are filed through the same Returns Portal and most are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Without Package Protection
If you did not add Package Protection at checkout, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. Package Protection cannot be added after an order is placed.
Received a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us immediately
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact our support team right away so we can make it right — no need to go through the returns portal for these cases.
Non-returnable items
The following cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstance:
  • Cables and accessories
  • Items used for more than 30 days
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
