The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday.

Sync Instructions
Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet.
Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing amber.
Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white.
Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

If your right AirPod Pro earbud is not working properly, you can try resetting them by following these steps: Go to Settings -- Bluetooth -- (i) next to your AirPods Pro -- Forget This Device. Then put your AirPods back in the charging case and hold the setup button until the LED light starts flashing. If this doesn't work, you may need to replace them.
If your AirPod Pro right ear is not working, try resetting them by following the abovementioned steps. Try cleaning the ear tip and speaker grille with a dry cotton swab if that doesn't work. You can also check if any debris or earwax in the ear tip or speaker grille could be blocking the sound. If the issue persists, you made need to replace it.
You can get a right ear AirPod replacement by contacting Apple Support or visiting an Apple Store. You can also purchase a replacement on third-party websites like ReCellExchange.
