The AirPod replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Place both AirPods in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the charging case lid and verify the light is flashing amber. Press and hold the setup button on the AirPod for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing amber, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your AirPods, both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select Connect, and tap Done.

Love my Airpods Pro and was pretty unhappy when the dreaded left Airpod syndrome hit. Went to my Apple store and was informed a replacement would be over $95. Wow.... So glad I tried Re-Cell. Prompt shipping, great price and it works better than the right one now. I'll probably be back.

I recieved my Left Air Pod replacement a few days ago and had no trouble pairing it with my phone and R Air Pod. And, it was cleaner looking than my right one, so that's a big plus! I haven't had much opportunity to use it so I am not certain it will work as long as I would hope, but all signs so far are good!
So glad to have stereo sound and noise cancelling again!

My daughter lost her AirPod Pros. A year later I found them. After I charged them the left AirPod would not connect or pair. I tried everything. Last resort is replacing the left.
