Place both earbuds in the charging case with the lid open. Wait for the red lights to flash in sets of 3. Hold your fingers on the touch sensors of both earbuds for ~10 seconds. Release when the red lights begin flashing slowly. The green indicators will flash 4 times, resetting the headset and deleting previous pairings. Re-pair the headset via your device.
