The Shokz OpenFit are built around the ear — not inside it. With no ear canal insertion, they sit comfortably on your outer ear using a flexible dolphin arc hook, keeping you fully aware of your surroundings while delivering rich, detailed sound through Shokz's proprietary DirectPitch technology.   1. Place both earbuds in the charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the earbuds from the case — they will power on and enter pairing mode automatically on first use.
  3. Remove old Shokz devices from Bluetooth settings on your device if previously paired:
    • iPhone/iPad: Settings → Bluetooth → tap "i" → Forget This Device.
    • Android: Settings → Bluetooth → gear icon → Unpair/Forget.
  4. Select Shokz OpenFit in Bluetooth settings and follow prompts.
