The replacement earbud was perfect, and I sent a message to include larger eartips. Unfortunately, Re-Sell didn't see it in time because they ship so amazingly quick, but the fantastic person giving me customer service apologized for not including the eartips in the original package and did me a huge service and sent them out to me with a separate package. 10/10 amazing customer service.
