Had to buy another one because some chick ran my earbud over, anyway it works great and I had to update em to get 2 colors to work together.

Nightmare
Absolute nightmare trying to reconnect and pair these new buds with my old ones fully charged, cant update the software cause it tells me i need both. Holding the touch spots while in their case doesnt work and the qr code for directions that was sent with it takes me to apple air pods directions not samsung buds. Wonderfully useless

Unsure whats going on
I have tried every fix online to correct the issue but keep having the same issue. My left bud will play audio and calls when used by itself as well as together with the right earbud, however trying to change settings that require both earbuds such as noise cancelation will not work because it doesn't recognize the left earbud as being used. I also dont get the "noise" confirmation when placing the bud into my ear that would suggest it being connected and ready to use

Great Service
Lost a left earbud while jogging and searched everywhere on the path but couldn't find it. Got home and looked at buying a new pair. Whew! too much money. Found this site and figured it was worth a shot. The left Samsung Galaxy earbud (Buds2 Pro) arrived a few days later, packaged in a small bubble wrap envelope with pairing instructions. The replacement earbud battery doesn't last as long as the right side, but it's a good choice for those who lost an earbud and need a replacement until it's time to order a new pair. Happy with the service and would recommend it.
