Sound quality was average. The bud was a bit different from the original although technically the same model. It did not fit well in the charging case like the originals.

Ordered a replacement for an earbud that my puppy chewed. Despite several attempts, I could not pair with my existing pod. Deleting and reinstalling the Wearable app was a pain and it messed up my smart watch.
So company and delivery fine, the rest, not so much.
