Lost or damaged your case? This genuine Bose replacement charging case is made for the QuietComfort Ultra Earbuds (2nd Gen) – the newest generation of Bose's flagship earbuds. The 2nd Gen case supports Qi wireless charging as well as USB-C, and holds up to three additional full charges for your earbuds.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT Reset or "Forget" Your Earbuds
This replacement case works as a full charging case (power bank) for your earbuds, but it cannot be used to pair or create new Bluetooth connections. Before using this case, please do not reset your earbuds and do not tap "Forget This Device" in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Keep your earbuds paired with your current devices, then simply place them in this case to charge as normal.

Setup Instructions
- Charge the case before first use using your own USB-C cable or a Qi wireless charger.
- Place both earbuds in the case – they will begin charging normally.
- Your earbuds stay paired with your devices. DO NOT RESET YOUR EARBUDS OR ATTEMPT TO PAIR THE REPLACEMENT CASE WITH YOUR EARBUDS
