The product is fine no problems with it.
However some how it got lost in the mail and instead of quickly sending a new one out they had to investigate and took another week before sending out a replacement.
It took more that 3 weeks to get this product, not worth the “savings” if I would have bought it new.

this apple pencil worked immediately out of the box, no problems or trouble shooting needed at all. And it was a whole lot cheaper than the brand new apple pencil i bought originally with my fancy new ipad, that farted out after only a few months and apple wouldn't replace. I wish i had just bought that dumb pencil from ReCell in the first place! I will def return for all future apple accessory needs. Only note is... i wish yall sold refurbished Ipads and mac book laptops!!
