1. Place both AirPods in the charging case and charge for at least 1 hour.
2. Open the charging case lid and ensure the amber light is flashing.
3. Hold the setup button for 15 seconds until the light flashes white. If it stays amber, charge for an additional 30 minutes.
4. With the case open, hold it next to your unlocked phone and follow the on-screen instructions to pair.

Went to apple to see what was wrong with my pods and they told me airpods are meant to last 5-6 years only, which I found ridiculous, cause before apple made headphones I had other headphones from Sony and other brands that lasted longer and were no where near the price. They tried to sell me pods for 75 each or buy new pods for 140 plus. I found this site and found these pods for the best price and they work amazing!! will definitely be purchasing any replacement parts from this site again anytime anything happens.
