Sync / Pairing Instructions

Place both AirPods in the new charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes from a wall outlet.
On your iPhone, forget the old AirPods entry in Settings › Bluetooth.
Open the lid and double-tap the front of the case three times. You will hear a chime each time.
On the third chime the setup card appears on your phone. Tap Connect. If it doesn't appear, close the lid, wait 30 seconds, and repeat.

Works Great
Ordered a replacement case about 2 weeks ago and have had no issues. Shipping was fast, the case is functional, and there are no issues with paring or charging. Usually replacement cases break in about a month, but the cases hold their charge, charge the AirPods well, and have no issues connecting to devices like the original case. Very pleased with the purchase and service!
