Shipping Protection Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 19, 2025

By selecting Shipping Protection at checkout, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This protection is an optional service provided by Recell Exchange to safeguard your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. This service offers replacements of the affected items in your order.

1. Coverage Details

Shipping Protection covers the following:

  • Lost Packages: Orders not delivered within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Damaged Items: Products received visibly broken or damaged during transit upon delivery.
  • Stolen Packages: Orders marked as delivered but not received within 5 calendar days.

2. Exclusions

The following scenarios are not covered:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by weather or emergencies.
  • Packages returned to sender due to customer error.
  • International shipments (unless explicitly noted).

3. Filing a Claim

To file a claim, please email Support@Recellexchange.com or reach out to us within 15 days of the delivery issue. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documentation if available (e.g., photos, tracking screenshots)

 

Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you a secure link to complete the replacement process. Claims will be reviewed and responded to within 1-3 business days.

 

 

4. Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, we will issue a replacement of the affected items.

5. Fees & Refund Policy

  • The shipping protection fee is non-refundable once your order is placed.
  • If your order is fully canceled or refunded before shipment, the protection fee will also be refunded.

6. Disclaimer

Shipping Protection is not an insurance policy. It is a service administered solely by Recell Exchange. We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the eligibility requirements or appears fraudulent.
