Remove old Bose earbuds from Bluetooth settings on your device:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Bluetooth → tap "i" → Forget This Device.
- Android: Settings → Bluetooth → gear icon → Unpair/Forget.
- Open the charging case and press the button until the LED flashes white.
- Select Bose QC Ultra in Bluetooth settings and follow prompts.
