Pairing Instructions
- Place both earbuds in the charging case and charge for at least 30 minutes
- Remove earbuds from the case — they will power on and enter pairing mode automatically on first use
- iPhone/iPad: If previously paired to another Shokz device, go to Settings → Bluetooth → tap "i" → Forget This Device
- Android: Settings → Bluetooth → gear icon → Unpair/Forget
- Select Shokz OpenDots ONE in Bluetooth settings and follow prompts
