    Great!

    Ordered a replacement for a lost earbud, and when I received the first item, i noticed the volume was very low, almost silent. (I understood the risks of ordering refurbished). Requested a replacement for the replacement and it was promptly shipped out as soon as the post office received my Return.

    Both items came with easy instructions for syncing and pairing. Overall, great experience.

    Nearly Perfect

    Everything came as advertised, but I was surprised when the replacement earbud wasnt fully cleaned out and had a little bit of wax still in it. Despite having to clean it out, I would still buy because of how good the cost and service was!

    I misplaced my earbuds- which are here in my place...somewhere (per the Galaxy Wearables app on my phone).

    Supposedly, the 'sound' feature on the wearables app was causing them to beep loudly in order for me to find them, but never did.

    I searched all over my place hoping to hear a loud beeping sound after asking the app to 'find my earbuds ' but to no avail.

    And then they both ran out of charge, disconnected, and after hours of searching everywhere, (even the garbage) I gave up.

    It was as if a mischievous little elf snuck in here and stole them right out of the charging case - where I always put them. But this time they were GONE!

    Since I still had the (empty, lol) recharging case, I decided (after Googling WHERE can I buy replacement earbuds?)... i decided to try RecellExchange.com to buy refurbished earbuds.

    I first checked out this company on TrustPilot.com. They have Great customer reviews there!

    A word of advice - do NOT buy from any Online merchant that's new to you (especially from YT pop-up ads.) I've found many of those companies to be scam artists - they take your money - don't deliver - or the product is crap - or once they have your financial data, they charge $ recharge, & triple charge your account - or they won't comply with their own refund policy! So, check out any merchant you are unfamiliar with on Trustpilot.com.
