Received Galaxy buds fe case.
Very disappointed they sent me the wrong model, I reached out and they offered to replace it with the correct model. The replacement they sent was the wrong model once again. I reached out again letting them know they made the same mistake, they promised to escalate the issue and send the correct item. An entire week went by and nothing was done.
