Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

Buyer beware, item sent to wrong address, denies liability
This company sent my product to the wrong address. I entered the right delivery address when making my purchase but they registered the wrong one with the shipping company. I first contacted Re-Cell and they told me to contact the shipping company. I contacted the shipping company and they confirmed the error was done by the shipper (Re-cell), but Re-cell keeps on insisting they sent it to the right one. I have reached out for support and they are giving me the run around saying the shipment was not insured and blaming the shipping company for the error. I haven’t received the product I paid for. This is poor customer support and I shouldn’t be the one contacting the shipping company and being the intermediary here. Buyer beware.
