Delete old “Bose SoundSport Free” from your device’s Bluetooth list:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings → Bluetooth → tap “i” → Forget This Device.
- Android: Bluetooth settings → gear icon → Unpair/Forget.
- Open the case. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the case until the LED flashes blue.
- Select “Bose SoundSport Free” in Bluetooth settings and follow prompts.
