1x Sony WF-1000XM4 Replacement Earbud - Left Ear Replacement (Standard size ear-tip) No other accessories will be included. Smaller/larger ear tips are available upon request. If you would like one of these sizes, please send a message before you purchase. We are happy to provide this free of charge.

The earbud replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next, depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed on Monday. Our shipping estimate is 1-2 Business Days via FedEx 2-Day Shipping.

Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open and wait for lights to flash repeatedly (red) in sets of 3, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing red at a slower pace.

The indicators (green) flash 4 times, and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

    Earbud not syncing with case

    Product looks great and brand new but it will not sync in the case with the other one when performing the factory reset. Very disappointed

    Would never enter pairing mode

    As many have experienced, my beloved Sony WM4's lived a short life. The classic battery draining issue reared it's ugly head for me with the Left earbud. I found this site and was excited that I could get just a refurbished left bud for a reasonable price. I know refurb is always a roll of the dice, but it was worth it for me. The timing on the shipment was fast, and I was stoked to get my favorite true wireless buds back. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. I could never get the "new" bud to enter pairing mode. Yes, I tried everything. Earbud reset, factory reset (the Re-Cell instructions for this are for the wrong charging case. I looked online and found the instructions for the WM4's), and I upgraded all the firmware so everything matched. I even let my dead earbud completely die, and then tried to pair up the "new" one. Nothing. So, it was return time ...

    The return process for Re-Cell is good. I chose to roll the dice again and send it back and them send me a new one. Most unfortunately, that was never meant to be either, as my dog got ahold of the "new" earbud and chewed it up, so I never had the chance to see if it was an isolated lemon. 😕

    You win some and lose some in life. Unfortunately, in the game of me getting my Sony WF-1000XM4's back, I lost.
