Sony WF-1000XM4 True Wireless Replacement Earbud Black OEM - LEFT Side ONLY


Condition: Used but in perfect working condition. Like new, will show little to no signs of use. 
These earbuds "WILL WORK",  however if using the Sony Connect App any updates you wish to download WILL NOT download.    You will receive a single replacement item of your choosing. One original foam ear tip will be included.  Thoroughly tested.    These earbuds work when connected to your other earbud if instructions are followed precisely.    Instructions are found below.     

Turn off automatic updates and you will not have any problems.

Initializing the headset to restore factory settings

If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset.

Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open and wait for lights to flash repeatedly (red) in sets of 3, then hold your fingers to the touch sensors on both the left and right units for about 10 seconds. Release your fingers when the indicators (red) of the headset start flashing red at a slower pace.

The indicators (green) flash 4 times (   ), and the headset is initialized. This operation resets the headset to the factory settings and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the device and then pair them again.

If the headset does not operate correctly even after initializing, consult your nearest Sony dealer.

    Paired no problem

    I am not sure why the other people had issues pairing, but these worked with no problem. I called the customer support line, and they walked me through it. Super friendly staff

    You may have to make sure that the firmware is correctly updated for them to pair. It's just a little extra step to take.

    Product worked as described

    Had a little bit of issue pairing, but I reached out to the customer support team, and they were extremely helpful. Earbud looked brand new, and so far is still working 3 weeks later.
