Tried everything x 4 and it still does not pair together. Yes, uninstalled Samsung Wearable app and re installed. Yes, I upgraded the Samsung phone app and the Galazy Buds2 app. Yes, did a hard shut off with the phone. Yes, synced with bluetooth. Yes, called support center.
NO, both ear buds don't sync only the case and the Left one does. The right doesn't and hasn't. Yes, the right bud is not defective.
Send me another one and I'll send this back. Thanx
