Sync / Pairing Instructions
- Place both AirPods Pro 2 earbuds (Left A2699 and Right A2698) into the new charging case (A2700) and charge for at least 1 hour.
- Open the lid and confirm the light flashes amber.
- Press and hold the setup button on the back of the case for 15–30 seconds until the light flashes white. If it stays amber, charge another 30 minutes and try again.
- With the lid open, hold the case next to your unlocked iPhone, wait for the setup card, tap Connect, then Done.

Customers may return the product within 30 days of delivery for any reason, and warranty coverage ensures replacement within 90 days of purchase for any defect. Orders returned because the wrong AirPods generation was purchased incur a restocking fee.
FAQ — Is this the Lightning or USB-C case?
This is the Lightning case (A2700). It works only with Lightning-generation AirPods Pro 2 earbuds (A2698 / A2699). USB-C AirPods Pro 2 (A3047 / A3048) need the USB-C case (A2968). They look identical but are not cross-compatible. Check your model number in Bluetooth settings or use our model guide.
