Battery life
While the AirPods were very clean and sound great, the battery life is even worse than the ones they’re replacing. They seem to charge fully when plugged in, but charges from the case only last about 20 minutes, no matter how long they’re in there and despite it saying 100% charged.

Zero stars--defective product and terrible customer service
I've now had to deal with two defective pairs of AirPods. With the first, the right one lost charge very quickly. I submitted a screenshot documenting the problem and was told I had to return them to get a new pair. This was already frustrating since it meant taking time to package them and take them to the post office when Re-Cell sent ME a defective item. Same issue with the "new" pair they sent, except this time it's the left AirPod that loses charge quickly. Again they told me I had to return them, which is ridiculous. At this point I simply want a refund without having to go to any more trouble.

used 2nd Gen airpods working great!
After needing to return a used pair where one lost battery very quickly, this set is working fabulously, and switches well between my iPad and Pixel phone.
