Go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and forget Google Pixel Buds. Plug the charging case into a power source using the included USB-A to USB-C® cable. Ensure the Pixel Buds are seated within the charging case and leave the charging case open. Press and hold the pairing button on the back of the case for 30 seconds. When the earbuds status light (for Google Pixel Buds, this is the light inside the opened case) stops bouncing, let go of the pairing button. The earbuds status light will blink white and orange until the reset is complete, and then start bouncing white. Your Google Pixel Buds will be reset and should be ready to pair immediately.

When you get a replacement for your Left Google Pixel Buds Earbud, it should not affect the sound quality of your Earbuds. The replacement earbud is designed to match the specifications of the original, so you should not notice any difference in sound quality.

    Love it!!!

    I was so upset when I lost one of my earpieces because these are some of the best in ear headphones that I’ve ever had. They were very easy to set up once I found out the instructions. Just a word of advice maybe send the instructions to pair the new ear piece. I had to reset the entire case. Besides that everything works flawlessly and I’m living, listening to my headphones once again. Thank you.

    Works great! But it turned out that it was my case that was bad.

    I bought the replacement because I accidently sent the pixel earbuds a series through the washer and and dryer. After the incident, my left earbud would not charge. The replacement earbud was a little cheaper than a used case, so I tried that first. I got the replacement and it still would not charge, but the prices on Re Cell are really good and shipping was fast so I bought a replacement case. It fixed the problem, the case came with really good instruction on how to pair the headphones to the case and the replacement earbud (that I need to send back) also worked and charged as it should.
