The Beats Fit Pro replacement will be shipped the same business day or the next depending on the time of purchase. Orders purchased on Sunday will be processed Monday. Our shipping estimate is 3-5 Business Days via USPS First Class.
Place both Earbuds in your charging case, and charge for at least 1 hour through a wall outlet. Open the lid of the charging case and verify the light is flashing Red. Press and hold the setup button on the Beats for 5 to 30 seconds. The light should flash white. If still flashing Red, continue to charge for another 30 minutes, then attempt this step again until flashing white. Open the case, and with your Earbyds both inserted into the charging case still, hold it next to your phone(phone needs to be unlocked) and wait for the setup animation. Select connect, and tap done

The bud is in perfect physical condition and the sound quality is like brand new, very happy with it. Only dropped a star because it came with the smaller size tip instead of the standard size which is too small for me personally. Still highly recommend!

Third time's a charm! These guys were great; I ordered a single Beats Fit Pro bud, that didn't pair properly the first time with my old Beat. ReCell happily and quickly exchanged it, sending me a paired set for the same price, second time. Had some glitches with that set, reflecting my original issue and reason for ordering the original single Beats. Again - ReCell figured out that there was some sort of inconsistency between the pair they sent me, and where I ordered my original Beats (possibly two different countries ordered from). They then exchanged again for a single bud which for sure came from the USA, and it paired easily with my old functional Beat. I'd use ReCell again in a minute - great customer service (even though they may not have made $ on me after 3x postage :). I'm a happy camper!
